Company Background

Founded in 1997, the company evolved from Protective Barrier Systems, a rental business, offering competitors’ products. Extensive client interaction, field experiences and observations led us to realize that the existing products were just not made well enough for commercial applications, at which point we took off on our own and began to design our own barriers.  We chose the highest quality recyclable plastic materials to manufacture our barriers.  WaterFilled Barrier Systems owns the patents and the molds, and our plastic barriers are manufactured in the United States.  The barriers are truly commercial grade and have applications ranging from traffic control, construction site safety, road work safety, pedestrian traffic safety, security, as well as many others.

Today, WaterFilled Barrier Systems manufactures, distributes, and services our recyclable plastic barriers. Additionally, customers have the option to rent or purchase any of our product line. WaterFilled Barrier Systems continues to respond to new challenges and meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.  This has led us to design and create a Covered Pedestrian Walkway System that integrates with our barriers for pedestrian traffic control and safety around worksites and in public places such as hospitals and airports.  The innovative spirit still drives our company to offer our customers unsurpassed quality and service. With our world headquarters located outside of Houston, TX, WaterFilled Barrier Systems distributes across the United States to serve all of our customers needs.
